Dale Gress Real Estate and Auction Service began in 1965. We are a full service real estate and auction company serving the needs of Coshocton, Tuscarawas, Guernsey, Muskingum and surrounding counties.
Our real estate division is experienced to serve all your needs, including residential homes, commercial properties, farms, vacant land, and wooded areas. We have a licensed real estate appraiser available as well as eight licensed realtors. We are members of the Ohio Realtors Association, the National Realtors Association and CRIS, Centralized Real Estate Services multiple listing service.
Our auction division has been serving the community since 1965 conducting a multitude of auctions including farm dispersals, real estate, commercial, residential, household antiques and industrial. We have two auctioneers to serve every type of auction needs.Our commission rates have been the same since 1965. We DO NOT charge for tents, tables, signs, flyers, etc. Our clerks and cashiers are NOT a flat fee, all help is an hourly rate. We pride ourselves in NO hidden fees
