Joe has been with Dale Gress Real Estate since 2004. In 2013 Joe was a million dollar producer.

He is a veteran of the United States Air Force and Desert Storm. Joe belongs to the Coshocton County Board of Realtors,National Association of Realtors,Ohio Association of Realtors. He also is a member of the West Lafayette Rotary and West Lafayette United Methodist Church.

Joe and his wife Lisa have two children, Sam and Paige.
